Dear friends of Make Change TV,

For this episode (available in HD) I attend a conference about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and also learn more about cause related marketing. Even though a lot can be said and understood about CSR, I believe that it’s a need for companies to integrate sustainability and social responsibility into their business strategy.

In this episode you will meet following people:

1) Lars Kolind: A well-known Danish business leader, entrepreneur, author and philanthropist. He became famous in the 90s when he turned Oticon, world leader in hearing aid technology, into a successful company with the so-called “spaghetti organisation”. This management model is still being studied in business schools around the world.

2) Jeanette Fangel Løgstrup: CSR director from Codan which is the third biggest insurance company in Scandinavia. Let’s find out how they work with CSR.

3) David Hessekiel: a leading expert from the USA about cause related marketing. Great to get more insights about this subject and how it started.

4) Mayaz Rahman: senior consultant from Corporate Citizenship, UK. He talked about matchmaking and how companies and non-profit organisations can prevent “divorce” in their partnership.

I hope that you’ll enjoy watching the episode and learn something new about CSR and cause related marketing. Please support us by sharing and connect with me through Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or Pinterest. Last but not least, don’t forget our bloopers after the credits as well :-)

Smile & shine,
Julie
